Shawn Bullock joined Associated Bank in January 2011 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Team Leader - Indiana. He oversees a team of commercial real estate professionals that are responsible for all aspects of Associated Bank's business development and commercial real estate loan origination activities in Indiana.

Since 2011, Bullock’s team has worked with dozens of Indiana sponsors, originating more than $2.5 billion in commercial real estate loans that have financed their clients’ projects nationwide.

Bullock brings more than 25 years of banking experience covering all aspects of commercial real estate to his position. Shawn’s prior banking experience also includes almost 10 years in various commercial real estate positions with LaSalle Bank—also in Indianapolis.

Bullock holds a MBA in Finance from Indiana University and a BA in Mathematics from Wabash College. Shawn currently serves the community as a Finance Committee member at Cathedral High School. He is an active member and former board member of ULI Indiana.

Kathy Bozek joined Associated Bank in September 2011 as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager, Commercial Real Estate. She is responsible for generating new commercial real estate loans and developing client relationships in the Michigan market. She assists clients with day-to-day activities and facilitates introductions to other areas of the bank for cross-sales opportunities.

Bozek came to Associated Bank from Bank of America, where she held the role of Senior Vice President, Senior Debt Products Officer. Bozek's experience also include commercial real estate lending positions with Standard Federal/LaSalle Bank and Bank One/JP Morgan Chase.

Bozek holds a BA in Finance from Michigan State University. She is active in the community, having participated in community service activities with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Detroit-area Capuchin Soup Kitchen, Forgotten Harvest and Ronald McDonald House.

Jim Vitt joined Associated Bank in August 2010 and currently serves as Senior Vice President & Relationship Manager for the Commercial Real Estate team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting and managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

Vitt brings 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience to Associated Bank. He previously held the position of Managing Director at Capital Real Estate, Inc., a commercial real estate development company where he was responsible for originating and structuring traditional build-to-suit and multi-tenant retail development projects as well as structuring multiple sale leaseback transactions. Before that, Vitt served as Portfolio Manager and Lending Officer, Commercial Real Estate at the former M&I Bank (BMO Harris Bank) where he was responsible for the origination and structuring of secured real estate loans.

Vitt holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Saint Thomas, where he majored in economics and minored in business administration and French. He is currently a member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association, NAIOP, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Charles Cafazza joined Associated Bank in 2004. As Senior Vice President and Market Manager for Commercial Real Estate in St. Louis, he is responsible for the acquisition of new commercial clients and management of existing commercial client relationships. He also heads Associated Bank's regional leadership team, which is responsible for local marketing efforts and charitable contributions.

Cafazza has spent his entire 20-year career in the financial services industry, including positions with U.S. Bank as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending, and at First Bank as Vice President before joining Associated Bnak. He obtained both a bachelor's degree and MBA in Finance from St. Louis University.

Cafazza is a licensed real estate agent. He is a member of the Missouri Growth Association, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Jenni Roudebush joined Associated Bank in 2011. In this role, she establishes and maintains key commercial real estate client relationships throughout the Ohio market.

Roudebush has 21 years of banking experience. Most recently, she was a Senior Vice President and Market Manager for the former LaSalle Bank (Bank of America), where she led a team of eight and developed a portfolio of over $1.2 billion in commitments. Prior to that, she served as a Vice President with the former Bank One (JP Morgan).

Roudebush holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Xavier University. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

For the last five years, Roudebush has served on the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati and regularly volunteers for Cancer Free Kids. She was the first woman elected to the board of the Hyde Park Country Club in its 100-year history. She lives in lives in the Hyde Park area of Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband, Derek, and their two children, Lily and Elena.

Prior to opening the Dallas office for Associated Bank in 2015, Kevin spent 5 years with Capital One Bank's real estate group in Dallas as a Relationship Manager / Team Leader. Kevin banked top-tier commercial real estate developers, investors and investment funds and REITS headquartered in Texas and the surrounding region.

Prior to Capital One, Kevin spent 12 years with Union Bank of California as the Market Manager for Texas. Kevin and is team of CRE lenders had responsibility for loan production with Texas sponsors and where they operated within the United States. Kevin has over 20 years of banking experience covering all types of real estate. Kevin began his banking career in 1992 as a Credit Analyst with Bank of America. Kevin received a BS in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.

Tim Jorgensen joined Associated Bank in January 2001 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Team Leader for the Commercial Real Estate team. He is responsible for overseeing a team of commercial real estate professionals, managing an existing portfolio of clients, and developing relationships with customers and prospects throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

Jorgensen brings more than 14 years of banking experience to Associated Bank. Most recently, he held the position of Commercial Banker at Baylake Bank, where he developed new relationships and grew a commercial book of business by over $8 million in 18 months. Before that, Jorgensen was a professional baseball player in the Cleveland Indians Organization. Over the course of a five-year career, he played as high as the Double-A (AA) level of professional baseball.

Jorgensen holds bachelor's degrees in finance and accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He serves on the board of the Miracle League of Green Bay and is a member of the Ashwaubenon Optimist Club.
